Reported Home Invasion on Fairbank Circle

On 3-19-2007 at approximately 10:01 AM the Sudbury Police Department received a 911 call from a third party reporting a disturbance on Fairbanks Circle.  Responding officers quickly determined that an armed home invasion had taken place where a handgun was shown.  Members of the residence were not injured.  An undetermined amount of cash and a Sony PlayStation were taken.  A Concord Police K-9 unit responded to assist as well as members of the Massachusetts State Police Crime Scene Services unit.


 Victims indicated three male suspects entered residence with descriptions as follows:


 Suspect #1



  • Light skinned black male approximately 18-22 years of age, 5’9” to 5’11”, 160 lbs., slender build with a slender face. (see attached sketch)

 Suspect #2



  • Very light skinned black male or an Hispanic male approximately 18-22 years of age, 5’8” to 5’10”, 160-170 lbs.,

 Suspect #3



  • Black male approximately 18-22 years of age wearing a ski type make from the nose down

 The incident remains under investigation therefore information is limited for dissemination.  Anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area of Fairbanks Circle on the morning of March 19th is encouraged to contact the Sudbury Police Department Detective Bureau at (978) 443-1042.
