Type A Agreement proposed by the Minuteman School District A sample proposed inter-governmental agreement between the Minuteman School District and a non-member community which had never belonged to the Minuteman Regional District. Note that this agreement requires a facility fee, and does not guarantee a number of student placements. If Sudbury withdrew from the Minuteman District but wished to send students as a non-member community, we would negotiate and enter into such an agreement.
