If you are a long time Sudbury resident/property owner over the age 65, whose assessed valuation is below $700,000, and who qualifies for the Massachusetts State Income Tax Credit known as the “Circuit Breaker” you may be eligible for some property tax relief available through the Sudbury Senior Means Tested Exemption Program.
