As we await final certification of our Fiscal Year 2016 triennial revaluation of all properties, we invite property owners to review their proposed valuations during this period of public disclosure.
While the overall average increase in property values was approximately 5%, certain property types experienced increases above the average. Among the property types experiencing the greatest appreciation are Residential Condominiums.
Taxpayers may at this time view proposed assessments. This period for review of valuations will end on Tuesday November 3, 2015.
