Personal Property Data Collection Program

Inspections of business property (as well as real property) are mandated to be conducted on a cyclical basis by the Department of Revenue. In conjunction with that mandate, businesses which have not been visited by a representative of the assessors office within the past 10 years may expect to be called on for a quick review. The visit should take only a few minutes. The purpose of the program is to verify data quality. The team of personal property data collectors who will be conducting the inspections are from Patriot Properties, Inc. If you have any questions regarding this initiative please contact our office.
