The deadline to appeal FY2026 real estate and personal property assessed values is February 2, 2026.  For those seeking to appeal a property assessment, an approved application for abatement (State Tax Form 128) must be filed on or before February 2, 2026 at the Assessors Office, 278 Old Sudbury Rd. Sudbury, MA 01776.     

Office hours: Monday-Wednesday-Thursday 8:30 am-4:30 pm 

Tuesday 8:30 am-6:00 pm  Friday 8:30 am-12:00 pm.

Applications may be filed by mail, hand delivered, or by utilizing the secure drop box receptacle located outside the Flynn Building 278 Old Sudbury Rd. Sudbury, MA 01776.
