The tax rates have been certified, the values have been updated, and the actual fiscal year 2003 tax bills have been mailed. The tax rates for 03 are as follows: Residential $16.78 per $1,000 of assessed valuation. Commercial, Industrial, Personal Property (C.I.P.)$22.26 per $1,000 of assessed valuation. The Fiscal Year 2002 rates were as follows: Residential $17.09, C.I.P. $23.09.
