FY 2011 Tax Rates and Assessed Valuations

As you review the current Fiscal Year 2011  property assessments we would like you to be aware of the following information and dates.

• The current property tax year isFiscal Year 2011.
• Fiscal Year 2010 encompasses calendar dates: July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.   
• The assessment date for Fiscal Year 2011 is January 1, 2010.
• Fiscal Year 2011 assessments reflect valid market sales from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010.  

 Applications for abatement (State Tax Form 128) must be filed at the Assessor’s Office 278 Old Sudbury Rd., Sudbury, MA. 01776 on or before February 1, 2011.
