ZBA to Hold Public Meeting on Chapter 40B with General Overview and Q&A

The Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting led by Edward Marchant, EHM/Real Estate Advisor, which will include a general overview of Chapter 40B and the Chapter 40B process on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall (322 Concord Road). A Question and Answer session facilitated by Mr. Marchant will follow. Residents are encouraged to attend.

The continuation of the Public Hearing for the proposed Comprehensive Permit #11-40, The Residences at Johnson Farm, 189 Landham Road, will begin at 8:00 p.m. in the Town Hall immediately after this session.

Ed Marchant is serving as a Technical Assistance Advisor to the Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals. Ed has provided Chapter 40B technical assistance to fifty communities on over ninety-seven proposed 40B developments. A graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School, Mr. Marchant has taught real estate development and finance courses and mixed-income housing courses for over thirty years at the Harvard Kennedy School where he serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy. His work is being funded through a Technical Assistance Grant to the Town of Sudbury from the Massachusetts Housing Partnership.
