An alternative concept plan for the proposed Johnson Farm development, 189 Landham Road, has been submitted to the ZBA proposing 60 units of rental housing in townhouse style buildings. Click the links below to view the concept plan and a memo from Tetra Tech summarizing the alternatives.

At the May 16, 2012 ZBA Hearing the applicant discussed further reducing the proposed plan to 58 units. Upon receipt of that plan the ZBA will post the revisions on the Town's web site.
