Varsity Wireless has submitted an application for special permit, variance and site plan approval for a wireless services facility to be located at 275 Old Lancaster Road (Parcel #: H08-0049)
Applicant desires to construct a Wireless Service Facility within the Wireless Service Overlay District consisting of a 140′ tall “stealth” free-standing monopole tower with all antennas, tower based electronics and cabling to be located within the tower structure, with necessary ground based equipment to be located within a fenced in compound at the base of the tower.
