Hartwell Avenue Compost Facility

Sudbury residents can utilize this site in Lexington for Hazardous Waste drop-off. You must pre-register your selected date with the Sudbury Board of Health at (978) 440-5479
Fees:
10 gallons/lbs of material= $35.00
25 gallons/lbs of material= $60.00
* Residents bringing more than 25 gallons of materials will be charged a fee on top of the $60 based on the amount of material. Please note that Clean Harbor will only accept checks as method of payment.
Residents must present check at drop-off site.
Directions to site:
60 Hartwell Ave., Lexington
Route 128 South to Exit 31 (Rt. 4/225 towards Bedford). At the first light take a right, via jug handle onto Hartwell Ave. The site is 1/4 mile on the left just after the bike path at the composting facility.
