Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with the authority granted by Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Sudbury Board of Health will be a holding a public hearing on proposed revisions to the rules and regulations to restrict the use, sale, vending, and distribution of tobacco products within the Town of Sudbury. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 11^th, 2017 at 8:00 pm in the Silva conference room located at the Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA. The proposed regulation changes are available on the town’s website:
