Overdose Awareness Day

On August 31, we remember those lost to fatal overdose. This year, the Health Department will present a display of flags in Town Center.

Each purple flag in the display represents a fatal overdose in Massachusetts in 2023. Each white flag represents a fatal overdose in Middlesex County.

The flags are planted at Town Center Common, between Town Hall and First Parish.
