The Sudbury Health Department will hold a Town Wide Flu Clinic for Sudbury residents. Vaccines will be available for everyone 7 years of age and older. There is a limited amount of vaccine available for uninsured. If you need assistance registering, please contact the Health Dept. at 978-440-5479 or Health@sudbury.ma.us
What to bring to the clinic:
- All insurance cards
- Government issued ID
- Wear short sleeves
- Arrive at scheduled time
