We have opened the application period for single-family detached homes with separate parcels of land through the Sudbury Home Preservation Program.  They will be offered for sale through a housing lottery with a maximum purchase of $178,000 to eligible applicants.

Additionally, at this same lottery, the Town of Sudbury is creating a Ready-Buyer List of eligible applicants for future affordable housing opportunities, including resales of affordable housing.

The next home will be offered to applicants with Sudbury connections which include current residents and families with children currently enrolled in the schools.  Local preference also includes persons who work for Sudbury, including employees of the Town of Sudbury, the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School system, the Sudbury Public School system, the Sudbury Water District, or the Sudbury Housing Authority.

The Affordable Housing Information Flyer outlines the family selection criteria, income guidelines and the Affordable Housing Application can be obtained on the website.  An informational meeting has been scheduled for November 6th, 7pm , at Goodnow Library.
