Sudbury requests HUD release funds for Coolidge project

These Notices HUD Notice for Coolidge Project shall satisfy two separate but related procedural requirements for activities to be undertaken by the City of Newton on behalf of the WestMetro HOME Consortium Program and the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) in order to release approved funds for the Coolidge Project in Sudbury. 

Upon the release of these funds, The Town of Sudbury will contribute $96,666 of its local HOME allocation to the Coolidge project, and has completed this important environmental review.  The award of these funds was approved by the Board of Selectmen.
