As part of a Fair Housing Initiatives Program grant, the Town of Sudbury is fortunate to be given an opportunity to participate in Fair Housing realtor training provided by the Fair Housing Center of Greater Boston.  It will cover topics such as Fair Housing applicable laws, protected classes, standards, violations and penalties for Housing Discrimination.

This is a great opportunity to refresh your knowledge on this issue and its complex regulations.  Nationally, regionally and locally there is housing discrimination which affects people of all races, ethnicities, national origins and religions.  Women, people with disabilities and families with children face barriers to their fair housing rights.

This training session is limited to 20 people, and realtors will receive 2 continuing education credits if they attend.  It is scheduled for September 20th, 9am -11am in Framingham Town Hall and is open to realtors in Sudbury, Framingham, and Natick.

For more information on the training, or to sign up, please contact Janet Antonellis, at 617-796-1120 or email jant@newtonma.gov
