Under the Dementia Umbrella: A Community Education Series

Dementia Friendly Sudbury presents a virtual community-oriented educational series on Tuesday, May 10th and 24th from 6:30-7:30 PM. 

In the first presentation, Tammy Pozericky, BC-DED, MA, CADDCT, CFRDT, CDP, COTP, and Joan Harris, LSW, MBA, CMC, Certified Aging Life Care Professional, will share information with participants about what dementia is, the many causes, the symptoms, and what to expect going forward, along with how to plan for care and find resources for support along the way.

In the second presentation, Cathleen Summers, RN, Esq., Elder Law Attorney, of Generations Law Group in Sudbury, will discuss the legal and financial implications of a dementia diagnosis and methods for planning to support your loved one with dementia.
