This fall the Senior Center has something for everyone. We’re offering a full range of activities. Click here for the full story: Sudbury Senior Scene for September

Our Lifelong Learning classes will continue with The Roman World and Taking the Pulse of a Nation. Our arts and crafts offerings include watercolors, crafts, quilting, and ceramics.

We’ve got exercise classes for all levels of fitness, from Fit for the Future to Chair Yoga, Keeping Balanced, Tap Dancing and T’ai Chi.

Our health promotion programs will include weekly blood pressure clinics, a podiatry clinic, and our regular “Soup’s On” talks.

Intergenerational events will include our award-winning bridges program.

We’ll be offering a variety of computer classes for all skill levels, many exciting trips (we’re going to Egypt, for example), and recreation activities that include bridge (lessons will be available), movies, and special luncheons.
