LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the TREE WARDEN that a public hearing will be held on August 08, 2014 at 8:00 am at the DPW upper Bldg. SUDBURY, MASS., relative to the cutting down and removal by the TREE WARDEN of the following tree located at Powdermill Road from North Road to Singing Hill Circle and Tavern Circle to Cranberry Circle for walkway construction
North Road to Singing Hill Circle
One Maple 4” in diameter
Nine Oak 8” to 36” in diameter
Two Pine 6” and 30” in diameter
Four Beech 5” in diameter
Tavern Circle to Cranberry Circle
Two Maple 10” and 14” in diameter
Five Oak 10” to 28” in diameter
Three Pine 10” to 36” in diameter
One Cherry 8” in diameter
One Beech 8” in diameter
Two Ash 8” and 12” in diameter
