The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, represented by the Town Manager, the awarding authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for:
- FRANK FEELEY FIELD IMPROVEMENTS
CONTRACT 2023-FF-1
BID DEPOSIT: 5% OF TOTAL BID
BID OPENING: 3/15/23 at 10:00 AM
In accordance with M.G.L. c.30, Section 39M, the Town of Sudbury seeks sealed bids for the Frank Feeley Field Improvement Project.
Bid documents may be obtained online at www.biddocs.com (may be viewed electronically and hardcopy requested).
THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of treasurers’ check, certified check, bid bond, or cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Sudbury.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Town of Sudbury Department of Public Works in the Engineering Conference Room at 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA on March 1, 2023 at 10 AM to review the project. A site visit to follow after the meeting.
All Bids shall be submitted electronically online at www.biddocs.com no later than the date and time specified above.
