Bid for Old Sudbury Road Culvert Replacement Project
Town of Sudbury, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit ELECTRONIC sealed Bids for the Old Sudbury Road Culverts 110 and 149 Replacement Project Contract No. 2026-OSRC-1 which includes the replacement of box and pipe culverts including full depth pavement reconstruction on Old Sudbury Road. Work shall commence by June 12th, 2026. Substantial Completion: within 116 days. Final Completion: within 130 days. Bidding is per MGL Chapter 30 s39M. Prevailing wage rates per MGL c149 s26 to 27D inclusive issued by Dept. of Labor Standards.

Bidders must be MassDOT prequalified in the class of work of “Bridges – Culverts” or “Highway Construction” for the Project with an estimated value of $640,004.00 in order to be eligible to Bid.
Mandatory pre-bid conference: 11:00 AM local time on April 9th, 2026.
Electronic Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. local time on April 23rd, 2026 through BidDocs ONLINE only (www.biddocsonline.com) with Bid security of 5% of total Bid. Hard copy bids will not be accepted. Bids willthen be publicly opened online.
