Cemetery Paving Project Fri. 9/11 – Fri. 9/18
The Sudbury Department of Public Works will be conducting paving work to maintain the existing access roads at the following cemeteries:
- Mount Pleasant Cemetery
- Newtown Cemetery
- Old Town Cemetery
Project Dates: Friday, September 11, 2026 – Friday, September 18, 2026
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, daily
Please follow signage for cemetery access during construction. There may be limited access using the main driveway entrance at times during this project.
Cemetery access will be fully reopen after 3:30 PM each day.
The Department of Public Works apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and cooperation while these improvements are completed.
