For the week beginning July 27th, the East Middlesex Mosquito Control Project is planning to use truck mounted aerosol sprayers to apply the pesticide product, Anvil, containing the pesticide, Sumithrin, in North Reading, Reading, Sudbury and Wakefield.  All spraying is done between dusk and 11:30.

On Monday, July 27th, spraying is planned for areas of North Reading that are located between Central St. and the border with Wilmington.

On Tuesday, July 28th, spraying is planned for neighborhoods of Reading located north of Salem St. and areas near Charles St., Pearl St., Haverhill St., Franklin St., Sanborn La., Van Norden Rd., Forest St., Grove St., High St. and Lowell St. Spraying will also be done near West St. between Winslow Rd. and the Wilmington border and by Summer Ave. between King St. and Willow St.

On Wednesday, July 29th, spraying will be done in Reading, Sudbury and Wakefield.  In Reading, areas to be sprayed are located south of Salem St. and includes areas near Eaton St., John St., Ash St., Brook St. and Hopkins St.  In Sudbury, spraying is scheduled for areas near Landham Rd., Woodside Rd., Raymond Rd., Dudley Rd., Goodman’s Hill Rd. and Old Lancaster Rd.  In Wakefield spraying will be done near Hopkins St., Parker Rd., Elm St., Prospect St. and Winn St.

On Thursday, July 30th, spraying is planned for neighborhoods of Wakefield located near Lowell St., Pleasant St., Vernon St., Salem St., Preston St., Butler Ave. and Montrose Ave.  Spraying will also be done in areas of Greenwood located near Spring St., Greenwood St., Forest St., Meriam St., Oak St. and Harrison Ave.
