Executive Committee meeting scheduled

The Executive Committee of the East Middlesex Mosquito Control Commission will hold a joint meeting with the Suffolk County Mosquito Control Commission on Thursday, September 29,2016 at 1 PM. The meeting will be held in room 133 at the Hinton State Laboratory located at 305 South St. in Jamaica Plain.
Topics to be discussed include: Report on a trial deer tick survey and a discussion on whether to offer deer tick surveillance and tick borne disease surveillance as a service. Review of a job description and wage scale for a full time Administrative Assistant. Consideration of a cost of living adjustment for the staffs of the 2 Projects and consideration of a step raise for an eligible employee. Review and discussion on continuing the arrangement between the Suffolk County MCP and the East Middlesex MCP. Review and discussion on expiring building leases. Review of proposed FY 2018 budgets.
