Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Inspections (26F)

Massachusetts requires a 26F inspection of smoke and carbon monoxide devices for the sale or transfer of any residential property.  To schedule a 26F inspection, please call 978-440-5301 x5314.  Inspections are scheduled Monday through Friday.

Certificates are good for 60 days. 

Inspections must be scheduled 45 days prior to closing date.

 Cost: $50.00
