HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 40 of the Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts, 1963, the Sudbury Historic Districts Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Flynn Building, Silva Conference Room, 2nd floor, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts to consider the following applications:

 

  1. For a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of the Town Center Intersection of Concord, Hudson, and Old Sudbury Roads, (Assessor’s Map H09, Parcel 0063), Applicant William Place, DPW Director, Town of Sudbury, Case #14-10.

 

  1. For a Certificate of Appropriateness for a new garage and rear addition, 9 Church Street, (Assessor’s Map K09, Parcel 0023), Applicants Gretchen Warland and Ezra Levine, Case #14-11.

 

  1. For a Certificate of Appropriateness for two bay windows, a band course at the garage gable, and removal of chimney at the west gable end, 25 Hammond Circle, (Assessor’s Map J05, Parcel 0318), Applicants Giovanni and Laura Cecere, Case #14-12.

 

The applications are on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development and may be reviewed during regular business hours. Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed applications, should appear at the time and place designated.
