HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 40 of the Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts, 1963, the Sudbury Historic Districts Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Flynn Building, Silva Conference Room, 2nd floor, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts to consider the following application:

 

  1. For a Certificate of Appropriateness for landscaping, painting the barn door and shutters, a new storm door, and changing exterior lighting at 452 Concord Road, (Assessor’s Map G10, Parcel 0300), Applicants Jamie and Matt Sussman, Case #14-14.

 

The application is on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development and may be reviewed during regular business hours. Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed application, should appear at the time and place designated.
