HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 40 of the Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts, 1963, the Sudbury Historic Districts Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Flynn Building, Silva Conference Room, 2nd floor, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts to consider the following applications:
- For a Certificate of Appropriateness for work to stabilize and safeguard a greenhouse following removal of greenhouse frame at 18 Wolbach Road including limited fencing, repointing exterior masonry, new roof over greenhouse floor, repairs to chimney flashing, and replacing/stabilizing exterior doors and windows, Assessor’s Map H11, Parcel 0100, Applicant Sudbury Valley Trustees, Case #14-18.
- For a Certificate of Appropriateness for two business signs at 353 Boston Post Road, Assessor’s Map K09, Parcel 0051, Applicant Laura Meier (Black Horse Real Estate, Inc.), Case #14-15.
- For a Certificate of Appropriateness for two business signs at 359-365 Boston Post Road Assessor’s Map K08, Parcel 0026, Applicant Viewpoint Sign and Awning (Yumi Couture), Case #14-16.
- For a Certificate of Appropriateness for a 14’7”x14’8.5” porch addition at 241 Old Sudbury Road, Assessor’s Map H09, Parcel 0054, Applicant Matt and Bernice Ryan, Case #14-17.
The applications are on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development and may be reviewed during regular business hours. Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed applications, should appear at the time and place designated.
