11. Can anyone propose a Local Historic Designation?

Yes. If you believe your property possesses historic and/or architectural significance, you should meet with the Sudbury Historic District Commission to enlist its support.  If a property is not in an existing district, a new district can be formed.   A district can contain as little as one structure or home.
