There are a few (at least two one-bedroom and potentially a two-bedroom unit) affordable homeownership units available on a First Come First Serve basis at The Postmark. First come first serve applicants will be accepted until all units in the development are under purchase contract. The units are immediately available and all applicants should be ready to purchase. The 1BR units are selling for $215,100 and the 2BR $241,900 (if available).

The Postmark is a mixed-use development conveniently located in the heart of the Town of Reading, just 12 miles north of Boston. The town offers a variety of dining and entertainment options and proximity to all major highways and the commuter rail. There is 8,000 square feet of commercial space as well as the condominium units.

The purpose of the Sudbury Housing Trust is to provide for the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Town of Sudbury for the benefit of low and moderate income households.

The Trust implements the recommendations set forth in the Sudbury Community Housing Plan to the purpose of aiding the Town of Sudbury, private enterprises and non-profit organizations, and other public agencies in the speedy and orderly acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation, construction, financing or refinancing of property within the Town of Sudbury so that such property will be substantially available as residential property for low and moderate income persons and to further provide mechanisms to ensure such use.
