Selectmen’s Office Clerk II/Recording Secretary
17 hours per week (3 to 4 days)
The Town of Sudbury is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to provide customer service and to perform clerical duties including, but not limited to typing, filing, record-keeping and administrative support. Responsibilities also include attendance at committee meetings when needed to take/transcribe accurate minutes; prepare routine correspondence, reports and memoranda. Applicants must be available to attend sporadic evening meetings.
Successful candidate will possess excellent verbal, communication, and computer skills; and will be proficient/extremely accurate in recording minutes. Municipal experience preferred, but not required. Part time 3 to 4 days per week for 17 hours. Starting salary is $18.54 to $20.80 per hour; no benefits.
