Pianist Beverly Pickering celebrates the prerelease of her CD Lavender with a reception to benefit VNA Care Network, a nonprofit Visiting Nurse Association serving eastern and central Massachusetts, on Sunday, April 6, from 5 to 7 pm at Bullfinchs, 730 Boston Road, Sudbury.
Tickets are $65 and include hors d’oeuvres, a reserved copy of Lavender, and performances by Paul Broadnax, jazz pianist and vocalist and Boston Musicians Association’s 2003 Musician of the Year; Richard Conti, accordionist; and Maddie Sifantus, vocalist.
