On 4-18-2005 at approximately 5:30 PM a Cudworth Lane resident returned home after a brief time out to find a male subject inside her residence. The resident fled, unharmed, in a vehicle and authorities were subsequently notified.

The subject is described as a white male in his 50’s, approximately 5’7″ to 5’10” tall with a square build, brown hair, a brown beard, dark eyes wearing a brown T-shirt and faded jean cut off shorts. No vehicle was seen in the area.

Individuals in the area at the specified time with any information please contact the Sudbury Police Department (978-443-1042).

Please take care to secure your homes when leaving for even a short period. Sudbury is a wonderful community but that does not negate the possibility of criminal activity being afoot. Even when citizens are home, it is advisable to secure outer doors preventing easy access. Additionally, we strongly urge victims to contact the police department immediately following an incident in order to increase the likelihood of an apprehension.
