On 5-4-2005 at approximately 3:30 PM the Stow Police Department responded to a residence in reference to a female party having been assaulted.

Suspect is described as an Hispanic male in his late 20’s, approximately 5’10” tall, in the area of 160 lbs. with dark hair wearing a white T-shirt and jeans.

The Sudbury Police Department urges residents to be proactive in maximizing their safety. Secure your houses when leaving for “any” length of time as well as when you are home. Be aware of your surroundings while out in the community. Any suspicious activity or persons should be reported “immediately” to the police department for further investigation.
