Search Warrant Executed, Resident Arrested

As the result of an in depth investigation a search warrant was obtained from Framingham District Court by the Sudbury Police Department for a Pelham Island Road residence.  In considering intelligence gathered regarding several safety factors, presence of a weapon and possibly aggressive dog(s), the Metropolitan Law Enforcement Council S.W.A.T. team was utilized to gain entry to the residence.  Entry was gained successfully without injury to the officers or occupants.


 


Members of the Sudbury Police Department, Lincoln Police Department, Berlin Police Department and Metro-LEC K-9 and Investigation units conducted an extensive search of the residence resulting in the arrest of David Stowell (5-18-90) of 77 Pelham Island Road Sudbury, MA for possession of a class B substance, to wit cocaine, with intent to distribute, possession of a class D substance, to wit marijuana as, well as illegal possession of ammunition.


 


Upon completion of the booking process Stowell was transported to Framingham District Court for arraignment.
