Police presence at LS this morning

As of 9am today, Friday, April 9, 2010, the LSRHS is briefly in lockdown mode while a K-9 unit, under the direction of the Sheriff’s Department, conducts a search for illegal drugs. Please be advised that all students and staff are safe and in no danger. We do not anticipate that this will disrupt the school day for more than a brief period of time. Superintendant Scott Carpenter has/will be sending out an email to all parents and a further posting will be on the LS website at a later time.
