PRESS RELEASE On September 2, 2010 at approximately 11:48 Pm, Sudbury Police received a call reporting a disturbance in the area of Henry’s Mill Ln. and Carriage Way. While Officers were en route to the area a reporting party called 911 and stated that several youths were now leaving the area. Officers arrived and were unable to locate any on going disturbance. At approximately 10:30 AM on September 3, 2010 a person presented himself at the Sudbury Police Department Lobby wishing to file a report of a stab wound which had been inflicted the night before during the disturbance at Henry’s Mill Ln. and Carriage Way. The victim’s wound located on the shoulder, required several staples to close and was treated at a local hospital prior to reporting the stabbing. A subsequent investigation by Sudbury Police Detectives and Patrol Officers resulted in the arrest of Christopher W. Cadogan, seventeen years of age of Sudbury. Cadogan was charged with Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon and Threatening to Commit a Crime. Cadogan will be arraigned on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 in Framingham District Court. This case continues to be actively investigated by members of the Sudbury Police
