IMPORTANT *** Incident at Nixon School

There was a written threat found at the Nixon School today. For the safety of the children the school has been locked down to investigate the situation. The children are safe and have been moved to the High School. They will be transported home from there. However, there may be up to an hour delay due to bus scheduling. This may affect other schools as well. Any parents who have children who are normally picked up at Nixon School should proceed to the High School for pickup of their child.
