Please be advised the reason for the number of loud explosions, particularly affecting northern Sudbury, is the Massachusetts State Police Bomb Disposal Unit is conducting an exercise at the Maynard Rod and Gun Club. We apologize for the late notice but have just become aware of the circumstances a short time ago that are out of our control. We are looking into the potential duration of the event. We will update the website as we have further information.
As of 3:00 PM the operations have been ceased.
