Water Main Break on Rt 117

A water main break located at 142 North Rd is effecting neighborhoods in North Sudbury. Sudbury Water District employee's responded to the break and determined that the break was located off of Rt 117 on the Cummings property. This main services 142 North Rd as well as Frost farm. The Water District was able to shut off the main and contact the property owner to make repairs. As a result there have been several reports of discolored water from the disturbance in the water main. It is advised that home owners run a faucet or hose until the water clarity improves.
