Hazardous Material Incident

There has been a Hazardous Material Incident on the Sudbury Water District property located at the end of East St which is off of Pratt Mill Rd. The spill occurred inside of one of the Water District's buildings at that site and is contained in the building. The Sudbury Fire Department is on scene and handling all Hazardous Materials operations. At this time they have deemed that the spill does not pose a danger to local residents as well as the Curtis Middle School. No evacuation procedures are needed at this time. Residents who walk the trails located on this property are advised to stay away at this time.
