Investigators said yesterday they hope that a sketch of one of two men who robbed a pizza delivery man last month will lead to a break in the case.

No one has been arrested for the Jan. 23 robbery of a delivery driver from Makkas Pizza in Marlborough, police spokesman Lt. Scott Nix said.

The driver was sent with a delivery to 655 Boston Post Road when he was confronted by two men, armed with a screwdriver, who robbed him, the lieutenant said.

“It appears a fictitious delivery was arranged and he (the driver) was confronted by these two suspects,” Nix said.

The suspects got away with an undisclosed amount of money. The driver was uninjured.

One suspect was described as a white man, approximately 5-feet-7, with short blond hair, skinny build, clean shaven with a blue hooded sweatshirt.

The second suspect was described a black man, 5-feet-9 with a stocky build, clean shaven and dark eyes. He wore a blue and black baseball cap with a symbol on it, and a yellow hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Recently, the Sudbury Police contacted a sketch artist, and using a Framingham Police officer to translate, worked with the driver to provide a sketch of one of the suspects, Nix said.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Sudbury Police at 978-443-1042.
