As part of the on-going activities of the Planning Board and Economic Development Committee, a workshop aimed at gathering ideas from residents, businesses and other users of Sudbury commercial areas will be held on August 8th. Participants will be asked to give their opinions on what works, what doesn’t work, and how we may be able to achieve a more user-friendly downtown area. The session will be facilitated by Dr. John Mullin from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Dr. Mullin assisted the town in its Strategic Planning efforts in 1996 and 1997, and is an engaging speaker.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 8th from 6-10 pm at the Goodnow Library. Dinner refreshments will be served, courtesy of local businesses.

The future of Sudbury is now – help us make it work for this generation and generations to come!
