On March 3, 2020, the Board of Selectmen voted to approve the Town Manager Contract between Henry L. Hayes, Jr. and the Town of Sudbury. Henry signed the contract that night and will start as Sudbury Town Manager on April 1, 2020.

At their January 9, 2020 meeting, the Board of Selectmen chose Hanscom Air Force Base Command Chief Henry L. Hayes, Jr. as Sudbury’s next Town Manager. The Board interviewed two finalists at their January 9 meeting, and reached their decision following the interviews.

Community Paradigm Associates conducted a thorough Town Manager search, and our screening committee, made up of members of various boards and committees, brought us two strong finalists. We’re very pleased with the outcome.”
