Ezekiel How

Sudbury Patriot

Ezekiel How is best remembered for his role as leader of the Sudbury Companies of Militia who fought at Battle Road on April 19, 1775. His other military experience included militia support during the French and Indian War and responsibilities as a Colonel in the Continental Army following the Declaration of Independence. But did you know that How was also a Sudbury native and a successful Innkeeper?

Reenactor Tony Howes will discuss the life and legacy of this remarkable man – before, during and after the American Revolution.
