Living history demonstrators may begin setting up booths after 7:00 AM of Saturday, May 16th, 2026 and must be complete in terms of setup by 9:30 AM of Saturday, May 16th, 2026.

4. Lot size is a standard 15-foot wide by 15-foot depth; if you believe that you require a different size, please specify the size and reason, and any other special need.

5. Will your booth be prepared with covering in the event of rain?(Required)

The Sudbury Select Board established the Sudbury 250 Committee to plan for the commemoration of the 250^th anniversary of the commencement of the American Revolution. It is anticipated that many of the observances will take place in the early spring through late winter of 2025, although the Committee may plan later events, such as the July 4, 2026 observances.

The Committee will:

Evaluate and make recommendations on how the Town should manage the commemoration of this historic event.
Sponsor activities that commemorate and celebrate the place of Sudbury in the history of our nation.
Ensure that all events are designed to involve and have outreach to all residents of Sudbury.
