Vendors may begin setting up booths after 7:00 AM of Saturday, May 16th, 2026 and must be complete in terms of setup by 9:30 AM of Saturday, May 16th, 2026.
5. Will your booth be prepared with covering in the event of rain?(Required)
  1. Read the Agreement.
  2. Complete this online Registration as soon as possible.
  3. Return the signed Agreement (by email to 250Day@sudbury.ma.us or by postal mail).
  4. Send a check by postal mail for the fee payable to: Town of Sudbury.

Deadline for steps 3 and 4: 1 April 2026.

Incomplete Registration Packets will not be processed.
