Fairbank Community Center Room Rental

The Fairbank Community Center has two spaces available for program, meeting and event rental:

  1. Gym
  2. Multi-Purpose Room
Rental Hours

Wednesday – Friday) 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday – Sunday) 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • No room rental allowed on Mondays or Tuesdays.
  • Closed on State Holidays.
  • There is a maximum limit of one rental per room per day.

Multi-Purpose Room
Gym
Tier 1: Town of Sudbury Boards, Departments, Committees, Commissions or Officials; Town Sponsored Events; Sudbury Public Schools $0 $0
Tier 2: Educational, recreational, social, civic, or philanthropic events by Sudbury-based non-profit organizations and Sudbury residents $80/hour $70/hour
Tier 3: All other private events / non-Sudbury residents $100/hour $85/hour

 

All rentals require a 2-hour minimum.

Additional Fees Multi-Purpose Room:

  • Security Deposit – $50.00
  • Custodian Fee – $40.00
  • Audio/Video Equipment – $30.00 (if requested)
